Default water pump switches non responsive

Please help me if you can. I have a class A 1999 Palm Breeze by gulf stream. Recently when turning the unit back on after being off for a couple days, the switch in the kitchen that turns on the pumps was frozen. it would not click over to the on or off position. There are other buttons on the box where the pump switch is located to monitor the amounts of water/ level in holding tank etc etc.... The other switches on the box work fine.

There is another switch in the bathroom that turns on the pumps. That switch actually clicks over to on or off, but nothing happens. I thought maybe it was a fuse, but I am having problems locating where the fuse would be for this water pump. There are three fuse boxes in this vehicle and none of them are labeled and none of the fuse box diagrams in the manual are anything like the ones in the unit. Any help is much appreciated. THANK YOU!!
