The Sedona Train Rides Again

Hi all-

After trying a test run of this configuration last year my hitch on my 5er was only used for bike racks.

This weekend I hooked it up and towed to an airport to drycamp overnight so I could catch the calm morning air at first light. This airport was 1 1/2 hours from home and I pulled there in 18-26 mph winds!!! This thing handled better than I thought it would. I didn't break any speed records but then again....I didn't try to! Made almost 9 mpg with those heavy head and side winds! On the way home I made closer to 13 mpg with calm-5 mph winds!

A great time was had and what a great use of the Sedona! Meals when I needed them.....a bed to rest in....and my ppc to fly in! The only thing missing was my wife!!!
