Default Fuel Pressure Problem

2003 BT Cruiser -- No fuel Pressure at fuel rack Schrader valve on engine. Am I alone in having this problem? Wondering how to get to the fuel pump. ib Bud

TIP: (This is OLD, BUT) the Ford manual talks about a crash switch (that can be tripped by a rough road, or hard stop) that shuts off fuel pump and resets at one of two locations, either under dash at drivers knees, or (some) at passenger outer sidewall in front of door
