Default Tow Vehicle for 17scd

Just purchased vintage cruiser 17 scd and shopping for tow vehicle. I am interested in a 2020 Honda Ridgeline and I am wondering if anyone has experience using it to Tow?

Hi thanks

I tow a somewhat heavier trailer using the Ridgeline's sibling, the Honda Pilot. It's a pretty good tow vehicle, and that trailer is well within its ratings. Be sure and use a good hitch with sway control, and if you use a WD hitch, don't move more weight to the front axle than you've taken off. The front axle on these vehicles doesn't have a lot of extra capacity, so you don't want to move more weight forward than was removed by adding the tongue weight to the rear.

I have a Vista Cruiser 19erd and tow it with a 2013 Honda Ridgeline Sport which comes with towing package. I have had no issues with towing and keep up on Wisconsin Highway 70mph speed limit!
Definitely get a sway bar!
I would definitely get another ridgeline when this one stops running as well as another Vista Cruiser when the time comes!!

Just finished cross country CA to NC and back towing a Vintage 19ERD with a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite AWD equipped the factory tow package. No problems at all. As others say need WDH and sway bar. Make sure the Ridgeline has AWD and the tow package and you should have no issues.
