Default trailer brake controller

Anyone know where to hookup a trailer brake controller on a 2022 conquest 6237LE Chevy chassis?
Thanks in advance

I had to install and wire one up from scratch on my 2004 Chevy. I don't know if the newer models pre-wire a set-up like on the pick-up trucks. I'd check the chassis owners manual for that. If so, when you order your controller, order the matching wiring harness that will just plug into the controller and the van. If not, you're going to have to do your own install. I used a kit from etrailer.com. Good luck!

Had to create my own wiring kit to add trailer brake controller to our GulfStream Class C. The only part you really need to source is the plastic connector wiring harness that plugs into the brake light switch at the base of the steering column under the dash. Mounting the brake control device is simple if you buy a model that does not have to be mounted level. Had to run wires the full length of the motorhome from front to back. I encased the wires in black plastic wire loom just to protect from road hazard damage. Pulled a couple of extra wires in the bundle so I had extras for future use or replacement for broken wire.

Hello
just another suggestion! No wires! I have air brakes. A different set up I'm sure but, I have a 20' trailer with electric brakes and I have an echo wireless Bluetooth brake controller that works great. Now if you can get a plug and play great, with today's vehicles as mentioned is a good possibility. But if not once you set up the echo I mentioned and Bluetooth connection is lost the controller will continue to operate under its last setting. It can also be set for multiple vehicles.
