Default 2006 Conquest trailer under sink water leak

Have a 2006 GS Conquest park model. 2 years ago we replaced the water pressure valve from the city source because we had seepage under the sink in the bathroom. That seemed to fix the issue. We just had the same issue (8/30/13) and I replace it with a new 40-60 psi valve but the issue is still happening. Very slow seepage from under the bathroom sink cabinet. Do I need to disassemble the sink to tighten water lines? Is there documentation for how to do that. The electrical power/fuse panel is also located directly under the sink which we do not want to jeopardize. Thanks.
