Exclamation Stove vent to outside ?? 2007 crescendo 8356 crw

Sorry for new question but ... On my 2007 crescendo 8356 crw the combo microwave/oven that I thought vented the stove heat and grease to outside just blows the stuff out the top of the microwave on to the white carpeted ceiling.

So was the microwave an add-on or is this the way it came from the factory?
Looked in my books I got with the coach but can find nothing on this.

If stock anyway to re-vent the hot air and grease outside?

Thanks, Buck

If it's a microwave/convection oven then that is the way it works. It's original equipment. We don't cook greasy stuff on gas burners. We use an electric griddle and use it outside.

Thanks for the info. I'll try that.

Other than that you can vent it out. You would have to add the vent through the wall. There are a couple videos on youtube showing how to do it.

Restorium thanks for the info. Do not think I'm handy enough to do that. But will check them out.

The cabinets are extra deep and the microwave is not flush to the wall, so if you vent it out you will have to add duct work. On our 8356 there's a roof vent in front of the stove with a fantastic fan that we use instead

We also have the fantastic fan close to the microwave/stove vent but that discolored the white ceiling a lot.
