Default Water heater

I am trying to find the access panel to get to the back side of the heater so I can disconnect the hot and cold water lines and slide it out. My class A is a Gulf Stream Independence with 3 slides and a suburban 6 gallon water heater. The sink cabinet sits directly above the heater but is not the point if access. So I suspect it is from the underside of the coach. Can anybody confirm?

Are you sure the bottom of the cabinet is not the access point? Sometimes they are screwed down and other times just stapled or tacked. Never glued if it is the access point. I would lift any covering (Carpet/Flooring) in the cabinet base and see if you can see the fasteners and try removing them.
