Default No Chassis Power

Hi everyone,

Just had to replace my chassis batteries to my 2007 Tour Master T40A. Connected up the new ones but had no power. I double-checked the connections and I'm good. New batteries have 12.67V. No overlooked wiring not reconnected to the batteries.

I checked the 12V fuses near the battery compartment and nothing shows popped (I even reset them all to be sure). No power to the chassis switch or the chassis master solenoid but when I press the aux switch the light on the chassis master switch illuminates but I get no dash illumination, etc.

Anyone have any additional suggestions? I searched around for a main fuse but could not locate in case I shorted something.

Thanks for the assist.
Phil

Disregard but I do have a cautionary tale....even if the wires are red or black, double check the heatshrink jacket. I connected a black wire to Neg (-) that had a red piece of heat shrink on the end but it was covered up by the cable protector and some paint. That was it. Phew!!!
