House battery not charging while driving - SOLVED

2004 Yellowstone house battery would not charge from vehicle alternator - charging was normal while on converter or generator.
Problem was the Intellitec Isolator Relay Delay module. This device is usually located close to a large relay easily found by following either battery positive cable from battery to relay.
This unit failed due to a poor ground connection and a poor physical mount which overheated it.
