Default Front Slide won't go out. But rear slide works

We just bought a Gulf Stream Endura Max. Only have owned it for a month. Bought it used from a person.
Anyway when he was demo. the slide it work but now we can't seem to get it out unless we push with force and it is very difficult and takes several strong people to do. The Living Room slide is the one that we are having trouble with the bedroom slide works fine.
We hear it making the noise but it sounds like it is catching on something. We also don't see any locks and we weren't even told about any. And we can't seem to find this crank it talks about in the manuel. It is a 2005 Super C Deisel and the man said he never had trouble with it. It comes back in just fine. We are checking the fluids and we don't see a problem with that. Help
