Default Powergear Jacks

Having a problem with my powergear jacks. Has anyone ever had a jack that was fully retracted just start to extend? I fully retact my jacks and come back about an hour later and my LR jack has dropped a few inches over a period of time it will keep dropping. I sent and email to powergear and they sent me a link for troubleshooting but my problem wasnt listed. I have a 2008 gulfstream Independence with a manual powergear jack system. Thanks for any help or advice in advance.
