Default Roof Type Identication

I have a 2004 Gulf Stream Endura Model CW 6340. How do I identify what type of roof is on it? Looks like some kind of rubber?

If I were you I would go over to www.youtube.com and watch a few DIY videos where people work on their rv roof. That will help you figure out what kind you have.

Default Roof Type

We have the same year and model. According to our spec sheet it is:

Radiused Laminated Fiberglass Roof w/Heliarc-Welded Aluminum Rafters, and Exclusive Molded Roof Brick Insulation w/ Bubble Wrap Duct System

I am attaching our spec sheet and the Advertisement for the unit.

We were told to be careful what kind of caulk you use to repair, patch or touchup, since some of the caulk can damage the roof. Camping world sells a caulk that can be used on fiberglass roofs.

How long have you had yours?

Its rubber membrane roofs that can be damaged by the wrongs caulks and coatings, not fiberglass.

Check youtube and Dicor website for video that shows difference between EPDM rubber and TPO, and you can pull inside trim on a roof vent and usually see both sides? For (most) you caulk w/ DICOR SELF-LEVELING ON ROOF and DICOR NO-SAG on walls
