Default drain hose from kitchen sink

I have a 2004 Sun Voyager. The kitchen cabinets is located in the drivers side slide out. There is a flex hose 1 1/2 inch that connects sink to drain. I have developed a leak where it bends when the slide comes in and out. Where can I purchase this hose. I thought of trying the leak repair tape but not sure if it would work. Hope some one can help me.
