Side marker lights and turn signals wonky

The two sides of my 04 crescendo 8356 freightliner are different with respect to the turn signals and running lights.

Do you agree that the L side is correct?
Any ideas for what is going on?

Notes:

1. Green indicates no difference between left side and right
2. Red indicates the difference when I have running lights on and turn signals going
3. I believe all bulbs and filaments are working
4. The side markers blink out of phase of the normal turn signals "On/Off and Off/On"
5. On the R side, the normal signals don't seem to go fully off during the blink, so I wrote "On/Dim"
6. It has one flasher element that handles both sides, so there must be a relay chosen by the turn signal switch to send output to L or R
