Default Low Battery Charging Level

Seems that my gen set is not fully charging the house batterys. They charge to13.2 VDC and not above that but the Alternator while driving will charge to 13.8VDC. Does anyone have the board diagram that showes the adjustment pot to bring it back up tp the proper level. I have a 2009 Endura 6341 on the International Chassis . The batterys were changed last month but just don't get charged enough to last more than 2 nights dry camping. The booklet seems to indicate that it is in the battery control by the batterys is that true? Thanks for the help!!
