Default 2013 Visa Stereo Volume Issue

So we bought a 2013 GS Visa, last year for the Visa now they are called Vista, and finally got it home in the driveway. We were excited to go inside and try a few things out. The stereo was working fine, until I removed the protective plastic which wasn't easy to get off. The issue was the volume would climb to max level on its own. If I turned the volume down it worked until the second I let go of it. I examined the face for any glue residue or anything that would be triggering this to occur. Finally I gave up, shut it off, and went to bed. The next day after work I thought to try it again. Same as before, volume climbed to max volume on its own.

Resolution: I pulled the fuse, waited 1 minute, and put the fuse back in to reset it. Works great now with no issue!! Hope this helps anyone else if they encounter such an issue.
