Angry 2004 Crescendo - 12 volt electrical fuses

Yesterday, while messing with some lose electrical wires, I seem to have blown a fuse to the circuit of my outdoor step light and indoor overhead light connected to the rocker switch as you enter the coach. I checked the two sets of 12 volt fuses under and on the side of the bed platform. I didn't see any blown fuses. Is there another location where there are more 12 volt fuses? Thanks in advance.

I have found additional fuse boxws under the dash by the drivers seat, under the hood of my gas coach (but up front) and the one I expect you to need is located in a bay. Mine is the left front storage bay. My air horn compressor and a bunch of relays are in there.

Thanks. I was wondering if there were additional fuses in the bay(s). I seem to recall a year ago when I was searching for something else, I ran across some fuse boxes in one of the bays.

I called Millie at Gulf Stream and she was able to provide replacement placards for all the bays. Relays, fuses and other components. The fuse box placards had the fuse functions.

She will need the last six numbers of the vin. Leave a message as talking to her is difficult. She's a busy girl.

Default Look at this

This is one of the fuse panel placards that I got from Millie. Of course this is for my 2005 Sun Voyager. The diagram on the left is a diesel pusher and the right side is for my unit. Very similar. The panel is located in the forward left side bay on mine. Jump start relay and a two big circuit breakers. The step fuses are there.

If you PM me (click on my name) an email address I can forward the entire message from Millie. I think it has a lot of useful info for you. It covers both Gas and pusher models of 2005. I bet your 2004 is very similar.

Firstly, I want to thank everyone for all their help. I found the fuse and yes it was in the front compartment right under driver's window. This storage compartment has two fuse blocks located diagonally, upper left and lower right, with a bunch of relays sitting in the middle between them. The compartment floor also had a chart/legend for the fuse blocks. I don't know if this chart came with the coach or whether the previous owner put it there, but it was quite helpful.

The upper left fuse block actually had a 15 amp mini fuse that was allocated to the porch lamp. Much to my chagrin, this 15 amp mini fuse was intact. After searching through the chart I decided to check a row of fuses used for auxillary feeds. Hallelujah, I found a blown fuse on the third auxillary feed fuse. This necessitated an hour-long trip to my local auto parts store to get several packs of mini fuses of various ratings. I replaced the fuse and it blew instantly. I went back into the coach and disconnected a pair of loose wires I had connected last week. I replaced the fuse and viola the porch light worked.

Lesson learned. Don't try to reconnect loose wires just because you think they belong together. Thanks again, everybody.
