Default 6 lug 19.5 tires beauty caps retainer lug nuts

I put 6 new tires on and 1 front wheel on a 1992 sun voyager diesel pusher needs a couple lug nuts that hold the hubcap on. It is a spartan ec 2000 chassis. The tire shop had no idea what size they were. Looking to buy a couple where ever they are sold. Anybody know what size they are ? Kind of isolated here.

What I am after now is called a jam nut and it is to hold the simulators on. They are 3/4" fine thread left handed nuts with 1/ 1/2 across the flats ( it takes a 1 1/2" socket to take them off). Found some 3/4" fine threads left handed and they work but I cannot put on the chrome nut cover on them because they are 1". I have been actively look since the post. Please help.

Nope, they do not have one. I thought they did but upon confirmation they did not. Any more ideas ?

I was about at that point. There seem to be no 1 1/2" sizes available. So it is going to be 1 1/4" or chrome caps to fit the 1" nuts I found. I hit the point where you give up and look for an alternative solution. Thank you for your help.
