Default 2008 Independance Slide out Problem

I have a 2008 Gulf Stream Class A model 8330 independence. My problems with the slide out started after having the hydraulic ram replaced. Problems are now it wants to creep out after retracting it in. It creeps out about 3 inches.

Problem 2 when the slid out is retracted the top makes contract first and then the bottom travels about 2 more inch's before the bottom seals. I have notes that there is no free travel on the end of the ram where it is connected to the wall. install guide line states there should be 2-3 inch's of free travel. Will this also cause my problems? Shop cant find problem!

It is normal for top to touch first. This happens in both directions.

Did you check the fluid in the hydraulics? (of course you did but I have to ask)
It sounds like the system is losing pressure when closed.
I would have hydraulics thoroughly checked for pressure.

On a hydraulic slide out there are two valves, one for IN and one for OUT. Your IN valve is the problem. Or it's the ram bypassing, bad seal.

It could be air in the system. Read up on bleeding the system. You have to bleed both sides of the system remember. It could be as simple as running it several cycles. I am not sure.
