Default 1999 Sun Sport Battery disconnect problem

The wall panel (Intellitec BD2) does not allow me to have power to the house or disconnect the main battery. This part is no longer available, any idea of how to over ride to get power to the house??

Those style switches are individually replaceable. You do not need a panel.
I am guessing function is Center off, Momentary 3-position switches, spring loaded= MOM= Momentary-Off-Momentary. You can buy at local auto parts, or electronics/ RV store, or Online? They operate thru small wires to the coil of LATCHING SOLENOIDS that only require momentary power to latch ON, and momentary REVERSE polarity to Unlatch/OFF.

Also possible your switches are good and solenoids bad? or BATTERY/ batteries TOO LOW to make the solenoids CLUNK?
