Default where's the converter on BT5291B

hello all,
I'm trying to find the converter on my 2005 BT 5291B. This coach is fitted with a PD5000 control center at the base of the kitchen sink.
I scanned previous posts and found mention of the converter being behind the control center. I've removed the control center
and attached an image. There's that grey box but it doesn't look like a converter to me (fan at one end, grill at the other, wires in/out).
Does anyone have any ideas?
btw, that really could be how it was built. directly above is the cupboard below the sink and behind that is the back of the water heater.
the 2 vertical boards that hold up the shelf that the water heater sits on are at that crazy angle! at the back on the left is an open
water pipe which could be the overflow for the bathroom sink (not sure yet). under the bathroom sink there's a PD5110 generator relay
which would be to the left and higher looking at the pic.
If anyone with a bt5291 has any suggestions, they'd be much appreciated.
regards, jp

well I found it. it's behind the sink cupboard rear wall, screwed haphazardly to the wall shared with the WC. that's the water heater jacket on the right.
from the previous picture it is above the silver piping on the left.
that makes it inaccessible unless removing the rear wall of the cabinet under the sink or taking the sink out.
I went with the sink because it was sagging on one side anyway and had been poorly repaired at least once already.
I don't get warm fuzzies from all this electrical hardware under a sink.

It's a PD9160A and the socket is there (on the RH side) for attaching the 'charging wizard' pendant which allows you to override the charging program which is otherwise automatic.
