Default BT cruiser 5245 water pump location

I am attempting to winterize my 2019 cruiser. I cannot locate the water pump. I've attempted to locate by listening but am having no luck. So far I have removed panels near the water heater under the kitchen sink, under the bathroom sink and removed the plywood from the bed. Anyone out there successfully winterized their cruiser?

The dealer's response was, "all the coaches are different, I suggest you contact gulf stream". That's Gillette Interstate RV, so you'll know how the service dept. deals with customers at that dealership. Gulf Stream is attempting to help me, but they don't know either. I've sent pictures to them to show the areas I have investigated. Someone does build these, right?

Thanks for any help. Been a frustrating few days. And we got 4 inches of snow last night.

In most cases the pump will be near the water tank. Find the tank and follow the water lines. They will lead you to the pump

I've found the tank. It's under the bed. I removed a piece of plywood and below that is a metal framed piece of plywood with metal braces. Gulfstream told me to remove that too. "Only 6 screws". No it was 18 screws and below that plywood/metal sheet is another metal frame. Removed that - and am now to a plywood panel that is glued in and has carpet glued on it to make it look good. There is no way to remove it without destroying it. I know the pump is located under all of these layers because I can hear it. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Gulf Stream service has given me wrong directions and misinformation. I've spent a week on phone calls, emails and labor - all for naught.

Big case of buyer's remorse here and I feel for very good reason.

Have you tried any of the outside storage compartments? Have you talked to the dealer?

The water pump is against the outside wall of the slide behind the tank on the left. But why do you need to get to it ? You can get to it also on left hand side of the bed frame. Tight area but you can get to it. Had to rebuild the slide motor same access area but with a little persistence it was repaired housing shattered.
