Default Fun Times

Trying to discover all the hidden secrets to my new to me 2008 Tourmaster 40A. The past owner provided me with a remote door lock that he said worked until I came to look! I have no key to the lower lock as well. The fuse's in the compartment below the drivers window is the only one that I have found that mentions a remote lock. It has a reference of 13A and shows a 10 amp fuse. Not sure where fuse block A is but all of the 10 Amp fuses in that compartment seem to be ok.
I am not even sure I have remote access. I do have a remote that lights when I push the button. Nothing happens.
Any suggestions?
