Default Happy 4th of July!!

Hi all!

I just wanted to wish all of my Gulfstream friends and neighbors a happy and safe 4th of July.

I am not able to be using my GS today as we are at the lake cabin and I cannot get it through the trees without hitting them (pruning to come) and I really don't need it up here.....but I do miss it! lol we do get spoiled don't we?

Going to check out the views from 1000' AGL shortly but wanted to wish you all a good day!

"1000' AGL"? 1000 feet above ground level?

Gees, how about a high hill instead? Ha Ha Ha. The thought of how you get your view terrifies me (I know, you've said it's safe).

Every one, have a great & safe 4th.

Bob-

Just taking a break from flying and eating and checked my forums to find your message. It made me smile. I actually found the better air this morning at above 1700' AGL (yes-above ground level) and it was quite a sight. I am heading back out within the hour to take some more relatives to the sky for the fun of it......maybe after a quick nap.

I get my "highs" from a very natural state. Take care.

Kevin

Kevin,

The 1700 AGL is not dangerous, it's ground zero that can get scary and dangerous.

Keep an eye out for wires, that has gotten a couple in our area two years ago.

As for me, my two feet stay on the ground! I don't even fly in the big birds!!!
