Default Check/Replace your Anode!

We just got our RV a couple months ago and I just went ahead and bought an anode not knowing when it was last replaced.

SO GLAD I DID.

Check/replace it...cheap insurance to protect your Water heater. I went with magnesium.

I bought my TT used last November. After draining to winterize the system I pull the anode to inspect it since I didn't know when it was last checked. Mine wasn't quite as bad as yours but was well pitted so I bought and installed a new one also. I'll be pulling it again tomorrow to inspect before I start winterizing it again. Good post and I hope others are checking their HW heater anodes.
