Mirrors not working

Hello!

Newb here who has a '94 Tourmaster 8391. The mirrors will not adjust with the little joy stick just above the electronic shifter. It is getting power and the fuse is not blown. Any ideas? This normally wouldn't be a big deal but, the passenger mirror likes to move while driving.
