Just bought a 2007 tourmaster 40f pusher. The original window sticker says it has an arctic package. Does this include basement heat?

Yes...I believe that is the case. My 2007 T40C has that feature. I do not see it mentioned specifically in the brochure. Here is the 2008 document which is nearly identical:

A couple of things I found from living in the unit full time...

1. The ice maker water line runs behind the fridge and is quite near the outer wall opening of the inspection door which has limited insulation. I don't use ice or the chilled water dispenser so I keep this line turned off at the manifold.

2. The Manifold and DC water pump are also just inside a bay door so they are in a space that does not get much basement heat -- I have added a "goldenrod" electric warmer that I turn on in cold weather as insurance that the water that rarely gets circulated at that small pump does not freeze.
