Default campground set up?

We are taking a trip to the Gatlingburg area next week. When i set up for the week should i tie in the two tanks into campground septic. Or have the backend of the bus tied in and just dump the front tank when needed?? Should i leave the valves open all week or when tank is full open them. Sorry for all the questions, i have never had such a nice unit and dont want to look like a fool.

What I do is back in or pull in so your main tanks can hook up. Hook up your sewer flex line, but DO NOT DUMP YOUR TANKS UNTIL THEY ARE FULL, especially the black, or until you are leaving. When we go for 4-7 days the grey tank gets dumped because of all the showers, but the black will make it the whole trip. If you leave your sewer drains open the whole time it will smell up the campground and your black tank will start to build up (crap) because there will not be enough liquid to get all the solids out, so they start to build up in the tank. Then you will start getting a lovely smell in your coach.

So wait until you black is at least half full or add water to it so it gets a good flush, the sink in you bathroom(s) is plumbed to your black tank, this is to help add water to the black tanks. If you are at some point worried about your black tanks getting to full, limit your use or constant use of the bathroom sinks. My kids tend to leave the water running to long.

Dump your black tank first, then dump your grey tank last so it flushes out the lines with the cleaner water. Make sure you add an enzyme to your tanks, this will help break down waste and keep odors down.
