Default Adjuasting Side Mirrors

I have a 2008 Super Nova 6331 which I recently purchased and I am having trouble adjusting the passenger side outside mirror. It's not the mirror inside the housing, but rather the housing that I would like to move. The way it is currently set, the mirror faces inward a bit too much and I have limited vision of the side of the RV and any traffic on that side, especially with the awning arm right there. I have the power mirrors on it, but there is not enough adjustment to fix the problem. There are black plastic inserts at the top and bottom of the mirror housing that I tried to remove to see if there was an adjustment inside the housing, but they didn't want to come out and I didn't want to break them. The mounting of the arm holding the housing to the side of the vehicle does not appear to be adjustable either.

Any suggestions?

Bill
