Default Can you help me with a Winegard head issue?

Just a general question regarding the Winegard "batwing". My original Winegard is located close, side by side, to my front AC unit. Too close to install a Wingman in the position the Winegard batwing was originally installed. This is due to the orientation of the original Winegard batwing. To do so the Wingman does not allow the original antennae to fully retract without Wingman hitting the AC cover on the way down. Does anyone know if the head can be removed then reinstaled on the lift assembly and maintain its original functionality? This would allow me to fully retract the assembly with a Wingman upgrade and not have to pull my roof off to upgrade with an entirely new assembly, LOL!
Thanks for any help
