Default Turn Signal Inop/Rear Slide Seal

2004 Gulfstream Crescendo 8386. Couple of issues. First my turn signals just stopped working on the way back home yesterday. I'm sure its a fuse but problem is I have no idea where that fuse is located within the mass of others. No charts........

Next I am wondering about how difficult it is to change out the rear slide seal on the bottom? Looks as if mine is coming out.
