Also, our dealership replaced the old big square TV with a brand new flat screen and it looks great but we can't get it to play through the speakers in the ceiling. Is it supposed to? Confused!

I have a 2004 BT Cruiser 5220 and it does not have a switch to change the dash radio to coach power. I've had these on other RVs, but haven't found one on the dash, and it is not mentioned in the manuals.
Also, I too changed out the old TV with a new flat screen, and there were not audio connectors in the TV cabinet to tie into the ceiling speakers. It could be done, but probably not worth the trouble.
The very best improvement I made to the BT Cruiser was to take it to a truck alignment center and had them add Ingall 59400 adjustable sleeves and set the caster as follows:
LH +5.3 Degrees
RH +5.5 Degrees.
The result is a motorhome that handles much like a car. No wandering, no wiggle/waggle from passing trucks, and easy one handed control whether on the highway or in the mountains.
