Default Gulf stream super nova (super C) roof rejuvenation

hey folks, my supernova has, what I believe to be, a fiberglass roof. It seems to made of fiberglass cloth that has been saturated with a white rubbery, perhaps epdm, material. it's flexible to some extent, and due to the woven cloth-like texture, is dirty in the texture. it had some tears and rubs, repaired with the typical stuff. it also has some soft spots where there is probably old water damage to whatever luan or other cr@p they structured it with.
1. how do you clean this type of roof and what do you redcoat with?
2. has anyone undertaken a peel and replace on this type of roof? I've done floor, walls, etc. on other rigs, so I'm not scared of ripping into it, just looking for experienced input on what the material is, how to work with it. what to replace it with...thx!

In regards to the material it is most likely a fiberglass flex roof that has been coated with the wrong coating it has to be cleaned first. I used a solution of purple power from parts store mixed with sudsy ammonia took a garden sprayer, roof brush and scrubbed the roof several times until the dirt was gone. Keep garden hose with you to wash down side walls. I recoated with Dicor fiberglass roof coating. I used Dicor self leveling adhesives around vents. looks like new roof.

What you described sounds exactly like the way mine came from the factory - a bumpy fiberglass where dirt fills the valleys between the bumps. I cleaned mine with a scrub brush and mild bleach in soapy water. My understanding is that these were excellent roofs. Sorry - no experience replacing one.
