Default 07' GS T40-B Tourmaster Overheating

Engine keeps overheating after 10 - 15 minutes. I've burped it too.

Thinking its the thermostat as it burped okay, so water pump must be working.(?) Picking up new thermostats (there are two on the 9000 series) today. Anyone ever replace them themselves, and if so any advice in doing so?

Thank you in advance,

JB

JB,

I have never had an overheating issue with mine. Have you used any other means to verify the overheating besides the temperature sender -- perhaps it is a bad sender...

Default Did you get this resolved?

My fan clutch went out, and would overheat at low speeds, or when climbing. $2600 later... (oh well..)
