Well I found the motor…it’s in the middle of slide in lower shoe compartment covered with a three sided carpeted box. Can’t see the motor but can feel it. I pryed up a corner of the closet floor to the right of it so I can see motor. So I guess the next step is to get that box off and see what I can see !
Has anyone else seen this type of set up. I’m hoping it’s a sheared pin or loose set screw . There is also a metal or plastic plate that you could access from under closet floor but the box is covering a fourth of it ! That will be coming off too probably. Let you guys know what I find out.
