Default Mystery Switch
We have just purchased a 2003 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager 8368. There is a typical light switch mounted just under the countertop near the kithcen sink. It has a orange indicator light to tell you when it is on but we don't know what it is for.

Can anyone help?
