Default Any good camping places in Mn?

I just got the new to me AmeriLite camper and wondering if there are any Minnesotans here that know of any good peaceful camping places on a lake or river. I am looking for a reasonable place to go where Hubby and I can take our little dogs along, and it will not cost an arm and a leg. I would like it to be within a couple of hours drive of the Minneapolis area.
Fishing would be a real plus. Anyone have any good suggestions?
Thanks

Default Mn Campgrounds

Pokegama Lk RV Park & Golf Course is a a very nice family friendly campgound. See www.woischkes.com & look at the link to their facebook page. It's west of Pine City about 4 miles on Lake Pokegama so it's within an 1 1/2 hr of the cities.
