Default 2008 BT Cruiser 5291

Anyone have any experience with the bolts that go through the roof of the cab into the fiberglass dome (that houses the entertainment center) coming loose? I discovered that three of the five bolts had completely come out and the other two were loose. This apparently caused the fiberglass unit to separate from the coach and created some structural damage within the walls of the coach. Rig is in the repair facility now, waiting to hear what the $$$ damage is going to be.
