FEMA Cavalier Parts
Does anyone have a good source for parts for these trailers? I'm looking for those small plastic clips that hold the window control bars when the window is closed. Needless to say, plastic breaks easy.

you would think that there would be a ton of salvage dealers selling used and reclaimed part but that is not the case. i found a dealer who can get me parts....although i havent tried it as of yet. there are a bunch of small things like clips, etc that i would like to get as well. if i have good luck with this guy i will let you know..

Thanks. I'm about ready to start making my own parts. :(

Have you tried contacting the parts department at Gulf Stream? I have gotten parts from them and they usually ship them out right away.
|
do you have a link or something? I've looked at their web site and can't find anything to get to parts.

thanks guys. all of these are helpful. I'm close to finding what I need. Just need to find out if I can get the part separately instead of in the "kit" that costs 35 bucks. :o

Roof vent cover
Just got a '06 Fema Cavalier and the bathroom roof vent cover is basically powder ( what's left ) . Anyone know the part # for just the cover ? I've found some for around $ 9.00 , but do not know which one it is :( . I only need the cover ( 14 X 14 ) , not the complete kit .

I had a bad vent cover on my trailer, I was able to find just the cover at a local rv supply store, I drilled out the rivets and used standard hardware to screw / bolt the cover back onto the lever mech. Worked out very well, no leaks.
Good luck! |
