Default Hot water

Ok guys
I got to Texas, dewinterized and filled the water heater. Now I have hot water coming out of both sides on all outlets. (Cold and hot)
Here’s my set up so am I missing something?

! The water is supposed to come out from both sides that's what it does when you fill the lines! I'm kidding, Check for a bypass valve by the water heater if that is what you are referring to or it can be by passed at the manablock.. I also have the same valve set up..but no longer have a tank water heater..tankless is great
The bottom of the block explains make sure those valves are in the correct position turn off the bottom hot side valve on the left.
It supplies hot water from the bottom to the block and the valve appears to be in the wrong position on the left hot side it sounds strange but turn it off cold is coming back through that line and mixing it sounds like!

Sorry about that lol
I meant to say I have hot water coming from both sides now and I have the water shut off on the outside sink n wash station because I heard that can cause it? I’m lost because now we have nothing but hot water on all sinks and showers.

Sorry I added more to the post as I was busy my apologies! You actual valves do look slightly different then mine but still the same idea. IT definitely a valve in the wrong position!
I would like to add I have been in the mechanical trade 30+:yrs and would definitely recommend keeping a good eye on your lines they are the older style poly and prone to failure. You can upgrade those lines to pex and have no worries of water damage due to the pipe breaking down over time.
I hope to hear if you found the valve causing your issue at the moment.

All too often it’s the outside shower valves left on.
