Does anyone recommend the Banks system for this V10 3valve? I have been thinking about it, but undecided.

only if you are going to put 100000 miles on it, that is the only way you will get your money back. I had one on a Dodge pickup with a commins and only got 1 more mpg and the power wasn't that much more than stock.

The Banks system did wonders for 2 engines I have owned. It decreased the back pressure on the turbo, decreased the exhaust heat which increases engine and turbo life, and increased power.
I did note a small increase in mpg.
Overall, I 'd do it again, and again.
