Very clean
PO has replaced the generator with Onan 3600, new awning and electrical steps to go into RV

What should I verify before making the deposit

He is presently using but must sell due to medical condition

You will love it, we have had our 07 for just over a month and its been great. I would find out when he had the engine serviced last. Be sure you work all the appliances and lights on shore power, generator and those that run on battery. I may want to have the brakes checked for wear. If it all checks out and it drives well thats really no miles, just enough to get the bugs out. Be sure to get all the operating manuals for both the coach and cab. I asked about the ladder and the dealer said as far as he knows the factory doesnt make one and he wasnt sure where the hard points were to attach it anyway. I might contact the factory and see what they say. If they have one you can bet it will be expensive to install. Get yourself a good roadside assistance plan through Good Sam or whomever you have in the Great North. Happy camping, its good to find another mini owner out there.
