Camping World Care formerly Freedom Care Serv Protection is a complete ripoff. These people do not honor their warranty and continually look for ways to get out of paying. Beware before you drop $6000 to $8000 for their contract. You're better off using your premium dollars to repair you coach.

Rett; could you provide details on your dissatisfaction with the Camping World extended warranty? I almost purchased one, then went with Good Sam's instead, for some reason. I have repaired any problems myself (none major) as the cost of driving to a repair shop, and not having my coach, is more than quick fixing whatever goes wrong.
But, it is good to know who is, or is not providing the service that we pay for.

When I bought my coach the dealer sold me an extended warr for $6,300. It was good for 4 years or 48,000 miles and included road ser(gal of gas, locksmith, tow etc). The company was Freedom Care and Camping World just recently bought them out. They are headquartered in Clearwater or ST Pete Florida. In the first 2 1/2 years I had approx $1,000 in repairs covered by this warrenty. This week I put the coach in the shop for an oil leak (oil pan gasket), broken icemaker (replaced) and it was discovered that the turbo did not work. Tore turbo down and two fins were damaged as though something impacted them. Warr co has refused payment saying because something impacted them, they did fail as in a failed part. Won't pay oil pan gasket be shop installed before their inspector got a chance to inspect it. It has always been an argument and fight to get them to honor anything. My repairs will run about $1800. I cancelled cont and got $2800. refund and I'll warrenty my coach myself from now on. They are rude and inflexable and greedy.
