Supernova Cab Manual

We have a 2008 Supernova. We received two International operator manuals; one for the chassis and one for the cab. We have misplaced the one for the cab and are trying to replace it. The chassis manual has a part number on the first page. It is 2645207R1. Would any of you have the part number for the cab manual.

We have tried Gulfstream and International and are having no luck.

My 2008 SuperNova came with 5 manuals, they are:

Allison 1000/2000 Operators Manual (OM3364EN)
International VT365 Engine Operation and Maintenance Manual (1171814R3)
Allison Transmission Warranty Information (SE0100EN)
Operator's Manual Chassis Medium Duty Model (2645207R1)
Operator's Manual Chassis Radio (3601673R1)
