We are considering purchasing a used, 2005 PS model 34FBR equipped with the XL package, the Platinum Edition and Arctic package and the Comfort America package (whatever that is). The unit has a fireplace,15,000 btu air conditioner, and a few other niceties. The unit is in excellent condition (like new).
Our problem is that with economic conditions as they are and with NADA prices being problematic; just what would be a fair, private party sales price? We would be buying the unit from a private party here in the Tucson, AZ area.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
