First time poster. I post mostly on rv.net. Saw your site and I am considering a 2005 Endura 31'. So many posts on the other forum slam GS and their leak problem. True? Is the Endura any different? Is US $74,000 a reasonable deal for this unit?

I will give it a shot. I have had a few leaks with my Gulf Stream product but simple maintenance procedures have cured the issues. I like my coach and would buy another GS product.

Most all Class C's (RV's in general) have the potential for roof leaks. There are so many roof cuts for various equipment and sky lights. Good maintenance will usually take care of most problems. Class C's have and added potential problem where the front cap attaches to the roof area.

As for price, I ran the options listed on the link you provided through NADA and the average retail price came out at $73,650.00. Low retail was in the $62,000 range. You would be paying just above average retail at the price you listed.

Good luck!

Personally, I think that price is high. A typical good price would be just above NADA low retail without consideration of options. In this case that would be $54,000 US. That model could have been bought new at a dealer in 2005/6 for as low as $85,000 US.
