Just wanted to let everyone know the cause of the problems that I have found.

I posted the other day to see if anyone has been having similar problems with their rig G/S 6340 Chevy Endura; saging floor in hall way and crack in the sidewall.

I took the rig to the weld shop to fix the floor as G/S recommended. When I ran the leveling jacks up to give the guys room to work above the axle.. both my problems appeared. The b/room floor sagged and the sidewall crack pushed out, with the bedroom slide being in.

The jacks on my rig are placed way at the back by the spare tire. So when I run them up, the frame is flexing and causing the floor to sag and the side wall frame to push out.

Now I have three problems to fix. I have to get the jacks moved. I called the MFGR of the jacks, Bigfoot and they do not recommed having them so far back. The mount them by the rear leaf spring shackle so that this problem does not happen.

Let me know what you think
