power gear

I have a 2002 Friendship Quarttro. The left side when you lowered it only the rear lowered but the right side both came down. About a month ago the right side quit the same way, only the rear lowered. Does any know if power gear is still in business???? Any advice would be helpfull. Thanks Darol
