Can anyone point me to a source for a squeeze type shower head? I'd like to replace the current shower head which has a sort of switch to turn the water flow on/off

Also, the furnace is REALLY loud, like an airplane taking off; is that normal?

Not sure what you mean by squeeze shower head? I also have the shower head with the off-on selector. Have you tried camper world to see if they have what you are looking for? Or another suggestion is get on Goggle and you will be amazed at all the stuff you can get. Another might be Ebay.
LOL! not sure about your furnace, but if I recall my daughter has a travel trailer and the furnace is kind of loud comparing to our coach.

By "Squeeze type shower head", I mean the type of shower head where you have to squeeze a lever in order to allow water to come out of it, rather like the sprayer you may have on your home sink. Anyone?

OK! now I know what you are talking about, BUT, I have never seen one like that. I done a search on Goggle to see if I could find one for you. Checked hundreds of them, but to no avail. Have you ever seen one before or is it something that you wish was available?

We replaced ours with the Oxygenics RV shower head they sell at Camping World. It has a twist ring at the base of the head to cut the flow.

I don't think any of them sold as a shower head will cut the flow off entirely, if that's what you are looking for. Not cutting the flow off entirely is a safety feature.

I have seen one before, in fact even had one many many years ago, so I just assumed they were a common item. I also did many internet searches, all to no avail

RE: The furnace. I have a 21MB, and while the furnace isn't quiet - it's not loud either. That doesn't sound normal to me.

Thanx for that, I'm gonna have that checked when I bring it in for de-winterization mid-next month.
